OLC: Helping Organizations Achieve Positive Change and Performance Excellence

We formed OLC in 1992 to help companies solve urgent problems while building the long-term work environment needed to sustain high performance.

We can help your leaders and employees improve their capabilities and performance.

We will tailor our services to fit your current needs and existing capabilities.

Our Experience

OLC associates have studied, evaluated, and tested many of the performance improvement approaches advocated in the United States and abroad. We have taken on the challenge of sorting out what works and what doesn’t work in the real world.

We have been extremely fortunate to be exposed to the work of many management theory pioneers, such as W. Edwards Deming, Peter Senge, Eliyahu Goldratt, John Kotter, Margaret Wheatley, Rosabeth Moss Kanter, Willis Harman, Riane Eisler, and Peter Drucker.

These theorists and many others describe the future we seek to create and why it is important to do so. There is, however, a shortage of knowledge and practical information on examples of how to achieve and sustain the changes we seek. Developing practical information on ways to plan and implement positive change and making it available to others is the focus of OLC’s work. We have gained this information by undertaking many on-site hands-on performance improvement projects in a variety of organizational environment.

Our services are designed to meet a specific company need and in doing so build the internal capabilities to manage change and build a work culture supportive of achieving organizational excellence and joy in work. Our services are valuable to all organizations seeking to cost-effectively achieve continuing improvement. We invite you to review the services we provide and contact us to demonstrate ways we can help.
