Learning Capabilities and Work Culture Assessment...

The purpose of this assessment is to obtain information on the organization’s learning capabilities and work culture. These are two critical organizational capabilities that enable the achievement of high performance. Additional information on these capabilities is available by viewing OLC’s organizational capabilities model. The assessment provides information on the organization’s existing capabilities, the importance of these capabilities, and the capability performance level organization members believe is necessary to achieve high performance. This survey can be used to benchmark the organizational capabilities with other organizations and/or between organizational departments. The assessment has also been valuable in tracking improvements in capabilities that have been achieved as a result of organizational improvement efforts.
