This complimentary one-hour seminar describes the Project Management Improvement services OLC has available and their benefits. The seminar can be extended to one-and-a-half hours to include a self-assessment of the organization’s project management capabilities.

Leading Project Management Improvement Workshop

The purpose of this one-day workshop is to provide organizational and project leaders with a shared understanding of the tools and methods that have been proven to be effective for managing projects in today’s dynamic work environment.

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certificate Course

This 24-hour certificate course provides participants with a broad knowledge of the tools and methods important to achieving excellence in project management performance.

The Project Management Institute (PMI) accepts this course as preparation for the CAPM Examination.
